Userflow & Research

This is an example of two user flows along with some quick research. I am currently updating this section of my project, but it should give you an idea of what I did with InVision to create interactions and outline a user flow of the app’s main features. I also used Mappflow to create a customer journey and developed personas to illustrate specific use cases of the app.

Creating a customer journey map is a useful way for tech support and upper management to visualize the journey of our teen and adult users and gain a clear understanding of two distinct user journeys.
