I organized digital marketing into three main categories: Google ads, social media templates, and email marketing templates. I made sure that all the digital media had consistent branding elements and created a modular font library that could be used for all digital ads.

Problem Space

When I was given the responsibility of marketing, I saw an opportunity to create something from scratch. There were no existing resources, so I took the initiative to develop new digital marketing templates and libraries, all while staying aligned with the core library. I noticed that the marketing efforts hadn’t been consistent in the past, so I focused on building a more cohesive strategy. During my time there, though, I was able to make a real impact by revitalizing our digital presence and creating a more inviting atmosphere for our audience through creative graphics.

Social Ads

I designed new Google ads using Sketch and uploaded the required .SVG and .png assets to Bannersnack. Then, I created modular templates for different social media platforms and campaigns. Furthermore, I developed a design library dedicated to digital marketing assets as their display requirements are distinct from those of our corporate website or application.

Digital Guides

Our primary service is a web application that provides parents with a comprehensive guidebook on teaching their children how to drive. The Behind-The-Wheel Parent Taught Guide is an essential resource that includes driving assessment and reporting documents to evaluate the student driver’s abilities and monitor their progress throughout the teaching and classes.

Email Marketing

I analyzed email marketing campaigns targeted towards a statewide demographic in Texas using Campaign Monitor. I also tracked the ratio between email views, opens, clicks, and all transactions made through our database using promotional codes. Additionally, I created email marketing templates in Sketch for both registered and unregistered users. With Campaign Monitor, I was able to design user journeys and set conditional options for data to be sent out.

Google Ads

It has been observed that 75% of adult first-time drivers are foreign immigrants, out of which 95% are Spanish speakers. These individuals prefer taking an American Drivers Ed course in Spanish as it is more comfortable for them. Since driving is universal, marketing plays a crucial role. Hence, I have translated the existing English ads into Spanish and also created new ads in English.
