Camera Exchange
Camera Exchange is the oldest camera store in Texas with a 20-year heritage. They sell professional cameras to local professionals in the San Antonio and Austin metropolitan area. They provide camera servicing and repairs. The store has a large clientele of professionals and institutions. I was consulted to create a better e-commerce system, transitioning from Big Commerce to WooCommerce, allowing back-end developers to connect to a simpler POS API.

I developed a strategic plan to attract more local customers and encourage repeat business, while also competing with top camera stores in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. Additionally, I aimed to promote the website on a national level to compete with major online camera dealers with strong online sales.
